Spinning around at max altitude

I figured out how to get these uploaded, first scale down and convert to m4v with handbrake, and give up on the proxy server waiting long enough to avoid a timeout. When uploaded the mediagoblin will transcode to webm, 3 times at different resolutions. Then it works.
